A Man of Constant SORO
It seems my debut novel, The Fruits of Rashness, has yet to fall open in front of a literary agent who wants to snap it up, but being a SORO (Stick-Of-Rock Optimist), I’m sure it soon will. Course it will. I’m sending my manuscript to only two or three agents at a time, so the process is protracted.
However, the grass continues to grow and the breeze of creativity continues to blow and thus I’m deep into the first draft of a second novel which, of course, may turn out to be my actual debut novel. If you see what I mean. The latest is a maroon-bordering-on-black crime novel with an anti-hero you won’t want to tap on the shoulder in a queue, to remind him he’s not wearing a mask.
